Billing : Services may be covered by your health insurance. Please check your coverage carefully by contacting your health insurance provider. I can bill PPO insurances for you.

Payment : Cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal or check are accepted. Payment is due at the time of service.

Cancellation : If you do not attend your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 48 hours in advance, you may be required to pay the full cost of the session.
